I purchased the *.*plus phone on ** Jan ****. Within * months of its use, there was a problem in charging. I deposited the phone in the service centre and they assured me to return it within * days. ** days have already passed and till now I've not got any solution. They're just extending it. Neither they are telling exact delivery date nor they are fixing it. They usually take ** hrs to reply. This is not a kind of service we as a consumer expect.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
