Inalsa Home Appliances - Tuareg Marketing Private Limited - Poor service of the Inalsa Products

I purchased one dry Iron (model- Glide) on **.**.**** from Global Corporate Alliances , Delhi with a two year warranty. This product went out of order. I had lodged compliant No. DEL********* on **.**.****. The Technician visited the product but refused to repair the same. The Complaint was closed without any reason. further complaint No. DEL ********* lodged but the same was closed stating that dates in the bill and warranty card are mismatched. Since then I have been trying to contact Customer Care - ********** but they are not responding to my calls. They are keeping my call on hold for more than ** minutes in the name that they are connecting me the Senior Official but after a long wait they inform me that their Senior Person will call me. However, no such calls are received from your end. Further, copies of bills were asked by the company from mobile number **********. Bill was sent to him, however, he informed that there is a mismatch in bill and warranty card dates.

I am surprised that a big company making false and fake statements just not to repair the product under warranty. Level of the employees was so down that they informed me that I had changed the date by handwriting. How cheap are they?. They do not have MIND to apply that a customer who is using their product can do this mischief just for the bill amount of Rs.***/-. They are not talking over phones. They are keeping my calls on hold.

IT IS REITERATED THAT MY BILL AND WARRANTY CARD IS GENUINE AND THERE IS NO CORRECTION ON IT. YOU CAN VERIFY IT FROM THE SELLER.

I want to file a complaint in the Consumer Court for seeking cost of repair and cost towards mental harassment amount of Rs.**,***/-.
