Neo gate academy - Poor service of a coaching institute

I have joined a coaching institute for gate on September ** till date nearly *.* months passed away in those months nearly *.* months there are no classes held and even now the institute not helping the classes even my exam is very near I. E., on Feb *st If I call and ask about coaching they are showing negligence and they are telling we will conduct more than **% of syllabus need to be completed. I want to get my fee refund as even there way of teaching is not satisfactory . I even quitted my job for coaching please help me.
