Sari Bhandar - Poor quality. Not linen (as was mentioned in the description)

I ordered a Linen saree from Sari Bhandar (online). The saree i received was not linen, but was cheap synthetic material. Then I mailed them for the return of such saree, but did not get any response.
Then i also called them on phone so many times, still no response.
I want refund for the same
