White Westinghouse - Poor Quality for Product No Customer Service

I am writing to formally complain about ongoing issues with my White Westinghouse appliance, purchased in April ****, which was under warranty until April ****.

Recently, (July ****)v the appliance began leaking heavily and stopped functioning. After several months of follow-up, an engineer finally visited and provided a repair quote, which I promptly paid. However, after a prolonged period of silence, the engineer returned only to inform me that the repair cost had increased by **%.

This lack of communication and the unexpected increase in repair costs are unacceptable. I believe that, this kind of major repair to the tune of majority of the cost of the appliance can only mean a manufacturing defect,. I should not be subjected to such significant repair charges without proper justification.
