When i purchased I was committed on chat and verbally that I will be getting *** mbps speed while it never crossed ** mbps. Second issue was the network would go down every *-* hrs. After lot of escalation they agreed to poor speed which they were not ready to accept initially and finally fixed it somewhat. However network still goes down at least *-* times during the day which results in call drops for me during my meetings. Everyone is deaf ears in the staff and no one agrees to whatever I say and give the proof. Pathetic service. Whenever I tell them this is new product sold to me which is not working since day * hence I should be getting full refund to which they are not ready to tell me the process or provide the refund.
