I logged complaint no.F********** on **Jul**** regarding issue with refrigerator purchased recently in Apr****.

I got a call after *.**pm of a guy Pawan for complaint closure but I was not available and asked to call on next day. Today I called up him N numbers of time, but not picked any call. And surprisingly my complaint is closed with remarks of REFUSED TO PAY THE VISIT CHARGES.

Is this the kind of services being assured by your organisation at the time of selling products in market????

Or should I ask your MD of this organisation on such a poor management in market????

I am not satisfied with these poor services and request you to collect your product back from my home tomorrow itself.
