I have 2 ongoing loans from Bajaj Finserv. My monthly EMI goes around 9000. I requested bajaj to change my EMI dates so that I can pay the EMI on time without any hassle because my salary date is late where I work. But they charged fine for every month which I paid. Also, they sent people at my doorstep. Very indecent people. They come to my house. They abuse us plus they threat us to return the product or pay it now. I always plead them that I am a salaried person until I don't get my salary I can't pay them but still, they won't go they keep on saying you have to pay. I tried speaking with the customer service but there is no live support whom you can talk. I am a housewife I stay alone in the house whenever they come and humiliate us. This is not the way to be treated when I am paying my EMI's always. My husband gets paid late so that it is the only concern but we pay fine. Still, they always send these men and they shout scream use abusive languages. Please look into this matter as I can see I am helpless.
