Dhiraj Chhetri filed complaint against CIN Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited formerly known as Policybazaar Insurance Web Agg on Aug 25, 2020
I had purchased Insurance of Bajaj Allianz Life (Policy number-**********) & Hdfc Life (Policy number-********) through the Insurance aggregator Policy Bazaar and as usual my amount was deducted from my account every month but in the month of August policy bazaar deducted my policy amount of both the policy but still it not updated in my policy and Bajaj policy is reflecting LAPSED due to policy bazaar and now in this condition if something happens to me then how can my family member claim the policy amount.
According to section ** Insurance Act if the policy is lapsed of due to any wrong information within * years of purchasing the insurance is there then the insurance company has the right not to give the claim so in this condition if I die due to any unavoidable conditions then who will be responsible to give my claim to my family?
After raised this issue to policy bazaar they nothing doing anything, there executive dont have manner to talk to a customer. also there on of executive Mrs. Heena (**********) she is never responding my calls and also one of Agent of Policy Bazaar he called me yesterday night around *:** pm and he said you will get call from my senior tomorrow morning before ** AM. but still i haven't received any call from the policy bazaar
Kindly look into this on priority basis
This is a LOOT and i feel i am CHEATED for sure with this my overall experience is ruined.
