Wise Finserv Private Limited - Policy not issued

I have paid INR ******.** on **th Aug **** towards issue the insurance policy of Max Life. The executive from WFS Mr. Vivek told me that policy will be issued within a week's time and a soft copy will be sent on email. But after more than a month they have still not issued the policy yet.

I was continuously following up with Mr. Vivek, but he was just saying that we will issue the same ASAP. I sent him emails as well.

On **th Sept I called Vivek to ask him to return my money back. But still, he has the same response that we will get back to you ASAP.
