Claim Settlement pending for Vehicle DL*CR **** against policy no : *****/**/****/******
This is for your kind information that we registered our claim on *th September **** through Policybazar & expected our vehicle will be returned **-** days as shared by Maruti Service Masters & Policy Bazaar but till now we haven’t got the vehicle on repeatedly calling to Policybazaar we came to know that some PI approval is pending due to some confusion in policy date & date of issue of policy which happened last year in October ****. We paid the money on ** or **th & uploaded video on their app on **th October & got the policy issued on & dated **th October ****.
We don’t know where things went wrong but we are suffering a lot because of delay of delivery of our vehicle which is ready since **th September with Maruti Service Dealer.
