We have a Jeevan Bandhan policy from Humara India
Credit Cooperative Socity Limited in the name of my father Mr. Rajesh Kumar. My father passed away on **rd April **** and I contacted your Patiala branch regarding this claim settlement but they keep on giving me excuses. Last month I contacted the branch again and they told me that they will process the claim next year like what is going on here. I filed a complaint against this in IRDA but they suggested me to log the complaint in Sahara and after that they will process with my complaint.
