I am Sanjay Babulal Kudale, a policy holder of PNB Metlife. on the basis of pnb metlife executives (Mr.Rishab Verma) explanation i had purchased policy on the date of **.**.**** (policy number-********)(Client ID-********). till date i didn't receive any Amount and any documents of senior citizen mediclaim. as per your executive we should receive
those documents and ** % return on **,***/- (cash back discount) within a month time period; still till date not received any amount and documents.
kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.for your better
