Filpkart - Pickup and refund not process

I order a shoe from flipkart on **th Jan **** and I got it by **th Jan ****. On the same day i request for the item return and it accepted by the flipkart. But after that i lost my registered mobile no. somewhere. Then i inform to flipkart executive the same and share them an alternate no. for future communication. They assured me that there is no worry they updated my alternate no. to the courier service. But till now no one call me to pick up the item which i request for returned. In between i call to flipkart customer support for *-* time and request them to resolve the issue as soon as possible but getting no response from flipkart.

So, I request you to please look into this matter seriously and try to resolve ASAP.
