I have ordered two products, after delivered , received only one. I contact customer care, i asked them to refund for missing one and i also want to return delivered one, so they arrange manual reverse pickup for delivered one and raise refund complaint for missing one.
They refund me of missing one but after successfully pickup of another one, not refunding my money
I paid Rs***, Rs*** of each product, I received one amount of Rs***. but not receiving another Rs*** from last * days i am calling and mailing them but no response
They took product also and money also. I have nothing now.
Please ask them to refund my money.
