Bluedart - Picked up package not delivered

A Bluedart courier was registered for pickup of my watch (worth INR *****) from my home. The pickup person came to my house on **th October **** for pickup. After he was able to verify the AWB I gave him the package. After a few days I see that the bluedart courier was marked as "Cancelled by shipper" on bluedart courier tracking page. I tried calling Bluedart customer care twice. They made some promises on how they would help me, but the issue doesn't seem to be moving forward.
