The return request was submitted on May **, ****, with an expected pickup date of June *. However, the pickup did not occur as scheduled, resulting in a complaint being registered on June * with the Incident ID-IN********************. The resolution date was then provided as June *. On June *, a new complaint was raised with the Incident ID-IN********************, with a revised pickup date of June **. However, on June **, the pickup date was further changed to June ** for Order ID-OD******************. Despite the prolonged wait, there seems to be little hope for the pickup to happen at this point.
