Dear Sir/Madam,
I had put in a written request to close my wallet and refund the balance on August **th (ticket #*********, #*********). They responded saying it will take up to three days, I waited * days and called them, I wasn't given any information regarding the reason for the delay just that they're working on it and are having technical problems and to wait for three more days. After several days I called again and was rudely told to wait a few more days. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told they would call me in a few hours. I received a call from a supervisor a day later to tell me they're working on it and to wait till sept. *th. Today its the *th, no correspondence from them. In the end the last supervisor said it'll take as long as it takes and Ill just have to wait.
After numerous attempts to get answers and getting nowhere I'm appealing to you to help.
Please Help.
