Dear sir,
I'm living Mohali in a Pg .my rent was **** and he takes **** security .and told me when you living the Pg then be get back your security fee.yesterday I leave the Pg and told owner for security .they refuse to give my security fee. And to abuse and very bad words to himachli's. Sir I think this Pg is not registered. Pg #**** sector ** Mohali.
Sir please help me .I am a student.
