Hi,
This is Kashyap a customer of your lenskart. Since *-* days, I'm being contacted by lenskart for the order I have not placed, it was placed by some one called Shanmukha wherein lenskart has updated my number on that order. Unfortunately the customer has requested for refund, and the refund was back to my account though I had not made the payment. However lenskart did not acknowledge this, they did not try to call and confirm regarding the payment coming to my account for some other customer where lenskart was at fault for updating my number in their order. Today I understood that the order was placed with my account without my concern.
All okay, received money ***INR from no where though it was not mine. But then what happened was Shanmukha called me, I don't know who is he, where is he no information. But he said that lenskart has shared him my details and sent him the screenshot of the money being refunded. Now why did lenskart share my personal details to that person without my permission. What if the person was fraud and mis used my details. What if I loose in lakhs. Sir, you might be taking this very lightly but sharing personal details without the permission from the concerned person can cause a very big trouble.
I have transferred the money back to that customer as it's his money. My only concern is why did lenskart share my personal details to the other person without my permission. It's very unsafe to deal with lenskart I feel. I'm not even acknowledged for this, I might have to formally complaint if there is nothing acknowledge.
I have already got responses saying its lenskarts mistake due to technical glitch and i have already had so much hassle with time and also lost *,**,*** deal. Lenskart needs to reimburse all.
