Mpokket - Person scammed with all my loan details from Mpokket and took payment then blocked me without NOC

I took a loan amount **K from Mpokket a year back and due to some emergency i was unable to pay my loan amount. But today after i got a leagal notice from mpokket i mailed to the mail id mentioned in the legal notice for settelment. In the evening someone from mpokket messeged me and ask me to pay **K and gave me a payment id and said he will share settelment team shares NOC within an hour. After asking legitimacy he shares all my loan details including my reference number and loan ids. After confirming that he is from mpokket i paid the amount. Then he blocked me after ** mins. I have been scammed.
How can someone outsider can know my loan details if he is not inside mpokket!?
