Meesho App - Pending of Rs as refund amount

I have included my self as reseller in messho app and things going good for past one year, recently I ordered * orders (** items using different order ID ******** for Rs.****, ID:******** - Rs.****, ID:********-Rs.****, ID:******** - Rs.****, ID:******** -Rs.****, ID:******** - Rs.****, ID:******** - Rs.****, ID:******** - Rs.****) Totally the bill amount is Rs.*****. Due to poor quality I have sent return request, Meesho App got my products back and they blocked my ID and when I am asking about the refund status they saying as my account is blocked they cant process the refund. I followed by in mail and calls form */*/**** and still they just cheated me. and my amount is not refunded and no proper response for blocking my account and refunding of my amount. Really daily had *-* hours phone to customer care and there were no response from them.

Meesho App – Returned the item but still got no refund and it is not updated in the website yetClosed

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
