INFINITYQUEST IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED - Pending Final Settlement and Harassment

I worked for UK clients for a company Infinity Quest (http://infinityquest.co.uk) , so our timings were from **:** to **:**, we were not provided with any basic security like Security Guard, CCTV, even no Corridor lights, No power Backup in the office. When I raised a question they were very unfair asking me to take unpaid leave(with no end date). On my no acceptance they harassed me verbally and mentally only using WhatsApp call to make sure it has not been recorded. Also, they have terminated me from that job without any notice. I have taken this till the CEO, but no response from his end, but just they removed all my access with immediate effect.

Even Labor policy has been revised for Final settlement but they follow a policy of ** days for settlement. But it is just on paper, because my last working day was November *th **** but I am yet to get my full settlement from them which includes October month salary. After a long struggle they just paid me * days of November pay, but still to pay the October month's ** days salary.

Request you to help me get my unpaid salary and also to raise a harassment complaint against the employer.
