Today I went through the toll booth near Raebreilly, the toll person said that my Bank of Baroda Fastag is inactivated due to insufficient balance and charged a double amount in cash.
After crossing the toll booth I call tollfree number **** at which representative said that your account is Activated & have a balance of Rs. ***.**.
I am giving you a photo of Cash Receipt of Toll Payment at **:** on **-**-**** and a Recharge SMS of Fastag at **:** on **-**-****.
I want my balance cut-off as Penalty to be added to my Fastag
