PrimeHolidays - Payment Taken and No Response on Package

hello Sir ,
We Made a Travel booking Payment of *****/- inr on **dec **** for * people to a travel agency having website theprimeholiday.com , the trip Amount was **k and we made advance **k payment , we received a auto generate invoice but after that they stopped picking our phone. on **th dec we registered a Cyber complain in Siliguri PS , and they called us on **th Dec asking that the payment we made shows unauthorized in there system , and we confronted the same to either refund the amount or send us booking details of trip , they said they would send but again nothing , and after few days i filed a fraud report with credit card in ICICI Bank , but the bank denied to refund the same even showing the proofs that we have talked to bank customer support on **th dec that the [payment is on hold and its a fraud and please stop the payment.
