With due respect I want to say that I am a student. I have taken loan by mistake through mobikwik on *Nov **** . Therefore For cancellation of loan, Mobikwik provided me bank account no. for transferring loan amount received.
Therefore I have transferred whole loan amount received i.e. Rs **,*** on ** Nov **** but still loan status is showing active now.
I have also shared the screenshot of payment receipt to mobikwik but they are not responding till now.
Please help me and solve my problem.
