Pathetic service by netplus..... I will never recommend netplus to any one..... I have done payment of Rs *** on **th September **** at *.** pm. I have attached the screenshots also, still payment is not updated in my account. Its been * days still no reply from your side. I am calling customer care also regularly from the last * days, everyday they are saying that today your payment will be updated, still no reply from your side. I want to make more payment because i want to upgrade my pack to * months pack, but how will i do payment if previous payment is not updated..... Waiting for your reply.
