Mobikwick - Payment not updated

Dear sir,

I took the amount in zip pay later in mobikwick app on Oct**,****, I was late in paying, after ** days, day interest was also added. I got a call on **rd Nov from the company's collection agency, agent told to me, We are giving you an option to waiver the interest and pay the original amount Rs. **,***.** .
A jackpay link was sent on WhatsApp,so I made the payment through phonepay app immediately on **rd Nov,**.**pm, the receipt was sent to my registered mail also, and the money was deducted from my account.
It has not been updated till now, the collection agency is also not responding, I have mailed Mobikwik many times, but there is no response.
It will be one month payment, not updated till now, next daily interest is being added, CIBIL score will also decrease.

I am ready to pay the interest till then, but I don't have any repayment, I have called the customer care many times, the Jakpay link belongs to Mobikwik.
But they said that the payment did not come, but I asked if I received the receipt in the mail, and they said that the refund has been made.
They said to send the bank statement, we sent it, but again no response, Daily Interest this. **** added till date.

All payment receipts screenshots, mails, bank statement are there, pulse will solve it quickly, if CIBIL score is effected, there is a problem for the job.
