I just paid my hotel (Hotel cannaught royale,New Delhi )booking amount Rs **** from gpay through yatra.com app but even after deduction of my money from my account ...my confirmation or booking status was not shown in hotel and in my account bookings section of yatra app
Kindly help me to get refund my amount as soon as possible. I am attaching my payment details and proof of payment.
I even called hotel twice but they said to contact yatra.com. But I am not able to contact yatra.com because they are not showing my booking.
