Hi there,
I had made an order which came upto Rs, ***/- from wewear.in which was earlier known as wearscribe.in
From the time I had placed the order i.e **th of Oct, I waited a couple of days and then got to know they were undergoing a process of re-branding. I did try reaching out to them on their previous email and the new one that is mentioned on the website and didn't get any such reply. Then I tried reaching out to them on WhatsApp thinking that it would be easier for them to reply but I get a reply after few days saying we will get back to you even without asking about my case. On Quora many people have faced this same issue, so I'm not sure if it's a scam website or they are deliberately doing it and honestly their customer support is pretty bad.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
