I filled my electric bill through airtel payment but it failed and my payment is not refunded to me. Detail of the message that was received from the bank of debit balance is below.
" ALERT: You've spent Rs.****.** on DEBIT/ATM Card xx**** at AIRTEL******* in BANGALORE on ****-**-**:**:**:**.Not you? Call ***********. "
