Dear Support_Dhani Team,
Please rectify my last payment transaction. I have received a call from dhani loan.
Note: If he is a fraud person How do they know about my Dhani Account Details exactly and he is telling clearly my translation history also.
This is a responsibility completely from your side.
*. First of all he is saying pay by dhani app only, he is requesting me like that ok.(Please pay through only app and after app payment failed.)that's why he sent me a link.
*. Same person called me last time in the month of February ****.(That time also he said payment reminder please pay via app or link)
*. After completing my payment, I called dhani customer care number ****-****-***. Your team person will confirm we have received the payment but it will be reflected * - * working days if not reflected please wait for *-** working days.
It's already been over more than * week. No one is responding to my query and calls from the dhani support team.
