I deactivated my pay as you go service through my Vodafone app *months back but it got activated by itself and Vodafone charged me for the data. Again I went to Vodafone store to get it deactivate they did, but again it got activated by itself and again they charged me for that. Now they have charged me **** on the bill. They doing fraud by not letting it deactivate so that they can keep on charging me for the data. I filed many requests to look into the matter but they are not listening me but keep on telling that I have to pay. If there is a problem with this Vodafone service which is not letting it to get deactivate then why should I pay for their mistake.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
