We have booked AC sleeper seet ** and ** for date *th April departure *.**.. arrival due on *th April afternoon. However we received a call stating the bus was delayed and new departure time was *.**pm *th evening. Post which at *th April the bus broke down stranding us at Khandala from *am. The current time on my complain is *.**am.. we were passed around eventually by the driver stating that the bus was under repair and was going to get done but as you cam see until now we haven't has the bus repaired
And stuck at the start of the ghats. After multiple calls to the support and the office we were told at *am that within an hour a new bus will be sent across. Neither of the drivers were contactable and the main office didnt care about the issues we were facing. We are currently still stranded in the middle of no where. Upon another bus passenger contacting and yelling at the driver and the office we were informed that at *am the new bus has just left pune due to arrive in *.* hours.
This is completely unacceptable and a refund towards the mental and physical trauma that we have and are undergoing is pathetic. If the bus was faulty they shouldn't have removed it out.
I'm the middle of no where no washroom for the ladies no food for the hunger... are we animals left for the wild to urinate in the middle of the road or the barren lands waiting for smthng or anything to bit or happen to us..
We would like compensation to the trouble Paulo has put us across
