Hi, i have booked blood test on **st June ** and it was fixed for ** June **,time * to *.**,represative was appointed and was cancelled *nd was appointed and his number was not working, the company or technicians never bother to call. On **rd i had call on cc number of company my phone was disconnected by lady, when she heard that no one is there to collect my blood sample.*rd time when i warner the lady that if you cut my phone i will go in consumer court at that time she attended my call and said i will look into it.At **.** am i got a call from another technician that you order is booked for ** to **.** a.m. was out of my mind when heard this i said my time was * to *.** am, then he started arguing that what can i do company had told me now ,so what issue in timing. I was about to abused that guy .if he would had said correct timing and apologies me i was ok.The lady not even told me that she will arrange any other technician, But why should i wait for * hour empty stomach., already it was **.**.This not the first time I am not facing such issue first time ,my last order also had same issue. When i booked sample collecting for ** year old mother. The booking is done on basis of Doctor meeting or the patient might have some emergency. Who is responsible for any untoward happens. If any Covid patient is not detected in time who will responsible for this condition. Why the licensed are given to such lab.
They are playing with our life. Please help to stop this nonsense. Matter is not for compensation but there should be strict rules for such organization. My order number is D******.
