Bosch Limited - Pathetic service issues Bosch Car Service At Varthur Bangalore

I wish to formally register a complaint and my dissatisfaction over service of my Maruti Baleno Car at one of Bosch Car service stations in Bangalore.

Service Station: Yes Motor, Whitefield, Bangalore

Incidentally, I happened to read through Bosch website on Bosch Service Promise - https://ap.boschcarservice.com/in/en/about-us/service-promise. I am sorry to say that in my case, hardly any of this promise was kept! Let me help you understand the pain I underwent based on the promises you have called out.

Professional Work - At the time of delivery on **-Sep-****, I was aghast to find that the car would not start. Add to this, the service manager at the shop explains me that the battery drained in the workshop and it is not their responsibility. Please tell me, if the battery was working properly at the time of taking the car for service, is it not the responsibility of the service station to return car in same condition? I had to take delivery and drive myself to a battery shop to get the battery fixed. Add to this, I find that the steering audio controls are no longer working and the rear fitment on rear bumper is missing which they want me to visit again to get it fixed. I cannot explain to you the frustration this has caused and have taken a day to not sound so negative about what I felt.

Time saving - I was never given a proper timeline estimate and when provided, was never adhered to. It was always another week away, and when the time came, it would get extended for non-availability of labour or a festival holiday excuse.

Mobility - I was left without a vehicle for over a month without a replacement.


Needless to say, after this experience, I am left with more questions about a Bosch Service Station and am hoping you would answer failing which I am considering taking this to a consumer forum.
After a week from taking delivery, observing other service issues. Driver seat is stuck and am not able to.move forward or back and rear makes a rattling noise. Such has been the pathetic worksmanship provided by this Bosch Car Service Center.
