Dtdc Bhubaneswar - Passport not delivered at the destination

For my overseas job I have courier my original passport from satyanagar bhubaneswar DTDC branch to Delhi on */**/** for employment visa purpose. The parcel has booked Plus premium category for reaching at destination within ** hours of time. Today is the *th day my passport not delivered at the destination and no response from DTDC after many phone calls, emails and online complaints. I supposed to join my job in Bangladesh **th September, however due to poor service and irresponsibility of staff I am suffering mental trauma and losing my salary day by day. Till date I already lost * day’s salary and I am going to lose another **-** days to apply new passport and visa processing. So almost I will lose my one month salary and may lose the job permanently. As per my offer letter salary ****** rupees minimum compensation DTDC must pay to me. If I lost my job due to delay then the amount will be increased.
