Dear Team,
With reference to Order id *********** and Ticket No:**********, I have not yet received short supply of soaps. I had ordered **** soap bars of * quantity in first week of may. However I have received **** soap bars of * quantity only. Which means I have received half of the less quantity. Regarding this I have been repeatedly sending mails and calling customer care service to no avail. This is frustrating to see ticket being closed without supply of soaps.
I need my ordered product to be delivered ASAP.
