Phoenix Mills - Partiality Favouritism Unfair Decision and Negligence causing Inconvenience to the Customer

The 'Gold Bar Challenge' Contest was conducted by Phoenix Marketcity Mall (Phoenix Mills Ltd.) from **th October, **** to **th November, **** daily from **** Hrs to **** Hrs.
The Eligibility to Participate in this Contest was that the Participants must have Completed the Shopping of atleast Rs.**** in Phoenix Marketcity Mall, Kurla, then Uploaded the Bills on Phoenix Nhance App and signed an Agreement to Participate within the Contest Date Limits.

Two separate Unfair Decisions were taken by the Management Staff in this Contest.
*) First on **th November ****, around **** Hrs, wherein an Employee of a Retail Brand ' Tim Horton's ' was allowed to Participate in this Contest. The Contest Rules clearly states that Retailers in their Mall are not eligible to Participate. After my appeal, the Management Staff 'Mr.Asif' tried to cover up the Matter by saying that this was a Trial which they can offer to their Friends, Colleagues and Mall Employees as the Retailers cannot Participate in this Contest. When I tried to raise the Complaint at the Complaint Desk in Mall, Mr.Asif explained to them with false statements, "He had Shopping Bill, but on the basis of Friendship, I allowed him to Participate without showing or uploading the Bill on Phoenix Nhance App."
In the month of October, I had once requested them to allow me a Trial, on which they denied by saying that they will be Penalized for allowing Trial to anyone. Also on **th November after the incident, I requested them to be Impartial and allow Trial to me as well, which they denied Thrice.

*) Second on **th November ****, around **** Hrs, wherein another Management Staff allowed someone close in relationship (or well-known customer) to Participate in this Contest as a Trial without following any Procedures.

On **th November ****, when I wanted to Participate, The Phoenix Nhance App ended the 'Gold Bar Challenge' Campaign at **** Hrs, after which I suffered a loss in terms of Benefits which I would have received after completing one of the ongoing Campaigns on App.
Mr.Asif said that as per the Instructions, Contest will be Open till **** Hrs, so there's no need to worry about the App, they will upload the Bill normally after which I will be eligible to Participate.

When my turn came to Play the Contest as a Participant, I tried really hard to remove that Heavy Gold Bar from the Glass Box, many times I banged my fingers on the Glass, due to which I suffered pain for a Week on my Thumb. After eating Pain Killers and applying cream on that area for a week, I got enough Relief to Re-begin my Daily Workouts and Chores.

Also I later realised that Mr.Asif showed Negligence by completely focusing on verifying my Bills on Nhance App through Phone Calls with his Team, but forgot to get my Approval Signature on the Agreement before Participating in the 'Gold Bar Challenge' Contest.

How can they be Partial by allowing someone Happily take the Trial, and making others Sad at the same time?
How can they forget to follow their own Rules?
How do they take Approvals on Agreement from Other Participants before Participating, but Neglect someone?
