Ordered a rose bouquet from this site site for a friend's birthday on *th Feb ****.
Selected timing as *-*pm for delivery but when there was no update called their customer care multiple times. They kept saying its chocolate day hence timing chosen is not valid which was not mentioned during placing the order.
After *pm since birthday is almost over i requested cancellation but they refused forcefully delivered them at **.**pm. roses delivered were not at all like we see on website, no decoration, no ribbon nothing and delivered ** instead of ** roses.
When i placed a complained said we dont refund and we will deliver three roses the next day of my friends birthday. As per them if they are less and old roses they will just take this as a feedback and won't give my money back.
If roses were delivered the same day then as per them it should be fine with me.
