Kims Hospital Kondapur - Parking charges in hospitals

They have a very big place for parking still they are charging ₹** even if its **mins. We are paying thousands of ruppes in the form of registration, consultation lab tests etc. On top of it they are again charging this hefty amount for parking. When in malls its exempted when we buy any products, why not thr same is applicable for hospitals?
