Pratham Air Express International Courier - Parcel not delivered after 3 weeks

I sent a parcel to my daughter in Singapore on ** September, ****. The courier had said it would reach in one week. It is now more than * weeks but it has still not reached. When I try to track the parcel, it says NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE. The owner of the courier service has no clear answer and gives evasive replies. Every time I contact him he says the parcel is in transit and will reach in * days. He has been saying this for so many days now. I am thoroughly fed up. His charges are also exorbitant in comparison to other courier services. Regarding the high charges, he had told me that their delivery is very fast hence the high charges. Please solve this issue. I am a senior citizen and all this is very stressful for me as well as my daughter.
