My parcel didn't arrived after the given delivery time (i.e. on **th, Oct ****), so i raised a query to Maxbhi which wasn't easy at all. They never took it seriously. Finally on **st, Oct. **** they asked me to collect my parcel from the delivery station ( Ekart Office, Namchi) but when i reached there, i found my parcel was returned from the station saying the address and pincode mismatched. Previously i used to receive the parcel from maxbhi in the same address and how could the address and pincode mismatch this time?
Now i am not sure, whether Maxbhi or Ekart is manipulating with me. They have wasted my time and money.
I need immediate action against them.
