i have applied for pan card through panind and have paid around ***/- rupees as application fee. I have also sent my id proof along with my application form. Its been one month and they did not send me any verification about this. I need my refund money as well as my documents that I have send to their address

I applied for a duplicate PAN card on this website and sent my documents to the given address but nothing happened till date. They took *** fee for the application submission and ** as the courier charges.
