Valorah resort and hospitality - Paid Full Amount but haven t received the package

I have paid a total amount of Rs. *,**,***/- against a commitment of a tour package which is valid for ** years. They had provided an access to stay in their group of hotels across the world for * Nights & * Days every year for ** years. Apart from this they also promised a complimentary trip of *N & *D fully paid trip to Maldives for a couple. They are now not reachable through Mobile, Email & SMS after receiving the full amount from me
