Paul Merchants Ltd - Paid for a service which was already included in itinerary
Umesh Bhanushali filed complaint against Paul Merchants Ltd on May 31, 2020
My itinerary already included access to ferrari world and Warner Bros in Abu dhabi. However, there i was denied the entry and i paid the entry fee separately to have access to those parks. On following up with the Paul Merchants Ltd (Travel Agent who planned and booked my travel), they are not bothered to reply.
Kindly help.
