Gulati Packers And Movers - Packages of household goods not delivered

During shifting from Suresh Sharma Nagar , Bareilly to Pushkar Dham Society, Rajkot, Gujrat we contacted Jatin Gulati (+** **********) who is the owner of the Gulati packers and Movers, C/O Gulati Dharamkanta

He came to our house to see the goods and said it will cost *****/-+****/- insurance as per company terms and conditions on a sharing basis. We asked him the maximum days would be taken to deliver on sharing basis to Rajkot, on reply he said maximum **-** days. On *th August ****, his manager and another worker came and packed all the goods and we paid them ***% money as he fixed during the first meeting and we paid *****/- to his manager and his manager handed us over the bill and goods details. Later on, he said that when goods will be despatched then one tracking id will be sent to us by which we can track our goods location and at the same time he promises to send us insurance paper. On **th August we called up him then he said as Sawan is going on so all the roads are blocked so the truck will start after **th August ****. We requested them a lot for insurance paper then they send us the paper on **th August ****. After **th August he was very irregular with his phone and hardly received our call. On **th August he received phone and said very rudely that he can not manage any another's good on the same route of ours so he kept our goods on hold. It may take more than one month. But when we fixed our deal at that time we repeatedly asked him that would you get any other's goods with this time or not. he replied assertively to our all questions. On **th August ****, we called uphim then he said our goods has been despatched on **th August **** only, but he didnot inform us that our goods are already despatched from bareilly, as we have called him up then only we came to know about that fact. Then he said there is no tracking id as he despatched allgoods on another's truck, and gave us a number by saying that its the number of driver who is with our goods, call him and track your goods. lateron we called up to the number then that person said your goods are at Badaiyun, whenever the goods will be despatched from Badaiyun, he would inform us.
Please take a strong action against this company where the owner thought that he can send our goods on anyone's truck where we cannot track the goods, truck was despatched on **th August and still it is at badaiyun. His behaviour is very rude, showing anger, whereas we paid and made every thing clear.
