This is regarding my exchange offer plan from Flipkart.I have ordered Realme X mobile in exchange offer with Redmi Y*.The Realme costs RS. *****.After exchange offer with Redmi Y* I was getting it in RS *****.I placed order on ** July ** with order no.OD******************.According to the offer I have to give Redmi Y* mobile on the date of delivery.On ** July ** the Ekart courier service called me for delivery.When I gave delivery boy my mobile for exchange,he rejected it within ** seconds without checking mobile properly.He asked he can give mobile if I provide full payment i.e. Rs. *****.To which I denied.I raise the concern with flipkart on same day evening and they promised to get it resolved by * Aug **.On ** Aug ** I got a mail from flipkart to share pics of Redmi Y* mobile.I mailed them all pics which they demanded.Later on ** Aug ** I got a msg that my order is cancelled.My concerns are Why my order got cancelled without being informing me without providing me solution if my complaint was lodged?Second What did flipkart complaint agency do to solve my concern?If they had tried to do Anything my order wouldn't have got cancelled.If flipkart has a policy that order can be cancelled by seller then why flipkart complaint agency didn't talked to seller to hold the order and not cancel it?I have also lost my all my mobile data in order to get it exchanged.It is a case of harrassment and playing with emotion of customer.They have cancelled the order and providing refund in next ** days.Kindly look into this matter and provide the appropriate solution.
