fossil com - Package recieved from tatacliQ but its charger is not working and tatacliQ dont accept returns

I purchased the Fossil Gen * Smartwatch from TatacliQ Luxury on **, Dec **** which got delived to me on **, Dec ****. After first few charges the charging issue problem in watch start arising and today is just **, Dec ****. I contacted TatacliQ hut first there is no customer care number where uou can contact direclt and second the item is showing not returnable probuct. And in my state there is even no service center as well. Its my hard earned **,***.** rupees. And Fossil being a good brand and TatacliQ being part of Tata group i never expected this kind of this. Its seems illigal i need to file and compliant either exchange my product or return my money.
