Product was purchased on *th nov,**** & it was returned on **th Nov, **** due to quality issues of the product. Zara has mentioned that they will not replace or refund since there are no labels attached.Hence i asked them to return my product in same condition, they said within * business days theywill return, but its close to ** days they are not returning the product.Whenever i call the customer care, they ask me to wait for **-**hrs, but more than **times i waited, nobody responded. Im asking for refund since its more than a month & also it caused lot of inconvenience to me.
